PROCESSING TIME

Typically, all orders before 11:30AM will be shipped out on the same day.
Fondest warehouse is located in Malaysia. Therefore, we do not ship during Malaysia’s weekend and public holiday.

However, during busy period such as new apparel launch, sale, promotion or festive week, kindly expect 2 - 3 working days for your item to be dispatch to the courier.
We apologise in advance, we will work our hardest to get your item(s) out the soonest!
UPDATED: Due to lack of man power, starting from 25th May onwards, we will dispatch parcel every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please refer to our instagram, from new updates & important announcement.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Fondest warehouse is located in Malaysia. Custom duties and taxes for international online purchases vary from country to country. Fondest will not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be imposed on your order by your country custom. Please note that your duties and taxes must be paid on time to avoid complication. Fondest will not reimburse your order if the item(s) faces any customs issues.

Here’s a brief example on some countries with duties and taxes.

United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain & Sweden: 20% charges on your total order.

Australia: Orders over the value of $1000 AUD will be subjected to additional import duties and taxes.

USA: Orders over the value of $800 USD will be subjected to additional import duties and taxes.
