New Return and Exchange Policy


Starting from 25th May 2023, all goods sold will not be eligible for refund & returns.
Additionally, we will have a pop-up from 13 Jan - 4 Feb 2024 with fitting rooms.

We are currently experiencing a shortage of staff to assist and respond.
It is important for us to inform you in advance before you make a purchase to avoid any disappointment.
Size exchanges are subjected to sizes availability
Upon receiving and quality check, it will take approximately 5 days to process as we’re currently experiencing high volume of orders for this lunar new year. Kindly read the previous R&E Policies to ensure you meet the timeline.

All refunds are STRICTLY available via IN-STORE CREDIT REFUND only.
Refunds are subject to APPROVAL.

We do not accept refunds or exchange for the following:
  • No refunds will be made for promotions or promo code purchases.
  • All items that are of fondest dream will not be available for refund neither nor exchange.
  • In effort to reduce waste, Fondest DOES NOT use any plastic at any given stages manufacturing. Thus, there may be a few small stains (size of a dot). These garments will not be available for refund or exchange.
  • Orders / purchases made through other parties. We would like to highlight that Fondest does not supply to any store/anyone. Fondest is exclusively sold here; www.shopfondest.com. 
    We DO NOT sell in any other platforms. We won’t be responsible for any fraud/ scam or defected purchases made through other platforms/ parties. 

Please DO NOT return any item without an approval from Fondest Team.
Any returns sent without official Fondest approval will not be accepted and will not be sent back.

For Return and Exchange, you would require cover both ways courier fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

    1. We accept item(s) in its new condition, with its original tags on and packaging. The item(s) should be free of any makeup stains and scent. It shall not be washed or worn. 
    2. For any returns (in store credit refunds), please contact us via Direct Messages to Fondest Instagram @shopfondest or email us at love@shopfondest.com within 24 hours after receiving your item. Fondest team will respond within 48 hours. Any request on returns (in store credit refunds) after 24 hours will be rejected. 
      If you would like to EXCHANGE SIZE, kindly inform us within 48 hours after receiving your parcel (subject to availability).
    3. You would require to pos it within 48 hours upon receive a respond and confirmation to send back from Fondest Team.  
      Please DO NOT return any item without an approval from Fondest Team or else you would be require to pay for the courier to send back.
  1. Local return shipment must be received within 8 working days. International return shipment must be received by Fondest Team in 14 working days. If it arrives any later, we would have to ship the item back to you.
  2. The item(s) must be returned to Fondest Warehouse located in Malaysia. Upon receiving your item, Fondest will then provide you a store credit in 2-3 days to repurchase. Please do note that you would be required to pay for a new shipping fee and possibly custom duties and taxes depending which country you’re from. 
  3. Fondest will not be responsible for your return shipment. We highly encourage you to use a reliable courier with tracking number.
  4. Fondest produced limited pieces for each designs and colours to ensure our customer appreciates it’s uniqueness. We cannot reserve any dresses or sizes. 

 

IN STORE CREDIT / PROMOTIONAL CODE / SALE ITEMS / GIFT CARD

Final sale item(s) will not be accepted for returns or exchange.
Discounted items, Promotional code and Gift card purchases will not be accepted for returns and exchange too. No exceptions for sizing, fit and unsatisfied fabric expectation.

To avoid disappointment, please select your item carefully. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We deeply apologise if you have received a defective item.

If you have received a faulty item please contact us via Direct Messages to Fondest Instagram @shopfondest or email us at love@shopfondest.com with supporting images within 24 hours of receiving your item. Faulty items that’s been washed or worn will not be taken into consideration. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, no cancellations or refunds can be made. If you would like to change size, please contact us via Direct Messages to Fondest Instagram @shopfondest within 12 hours. We will not entertain any request after 12 hours. 

 

SHIPPING, CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

FONDEST will not reimbursed any returns shipping cost. 

Any customs duties or taxes paid on your previous purchase will not be refunded.

Please do note that you would be required to pay for a new shipping fee and possibly custom duties and taxes depending which country you’re at. 

 

HOW TO RETURN?

If you have met all requirements above, you may submit a Return Request via Direct Messages to Fondest Instagram @shopfondest or contact us love@shopfondest.com and we will respond in 24 to 48 hours.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE TIMELINE

After receiving and quality checking the item/items, please allow 2-3 business days for us to provide you a store credit. All Fondest store credit will be informed. Please be sure to check your email inbox or junk. We STRICTLY DO NOT allow exchanges or another refund on items that were purchased via IN- STORE CREDIT. Store credit is limited to (1) one time use only.
Your store credit will expires in 30 days.
